The next step is to execute the sales contract for the bungalow and the sales contract for the plot of land and after signing the contractual documentation you will be the happy owner of a bungalow in Tenerife, which you can use for personal use or for short-term rentals.
No problem, our specialists will offer you favorable terms of cooperation with a management company, which will take care of all the hassles (cleaning, maintenance, security and so on). You will receive monthly reports on the work done and money transfers to your bank account from the renting out of your bungalow. Based on the marketing analysis (link to the document), PHVV specialists have calculated the monthly rent of the bungalow at 1200 euros per month.
Our bungalows are mobile living units that can be moved to any location. PHVV specialists can find you a plot of land to own (the cost of a plot with communications in Tenerife starts from 50,000 euros).
